# 4.1. Overview

### ⚙️ What is Team Member?

Team Member lets the main account (from the Base package upward) create and manage multiple sub-accounts to work as a team on the same profile system, with different access levels for each sub-account.

### ⚙️ Number of Sub-Accounts per plan

Depending on the package you're using, you'll have different numbers of free slots for creating sub-accounts.

If you need more than the free allotment, the main account can create additional sub-accounts and pay based on the number of days remaining on the main account.

### ⚙️ Owner account's permissions over Sub-Accounts

* Manage login information, and change the sub-account's password and display name.
* **Renewal:** sub-accounts renew along with the main account; if not renewed upon expiration, the sub-account will be locked and requires a renewal payment to unlock.
* Share profiles/folders with sub-accounts so they can work.
* Force-stop a (shared) profile currently open on a sub-account.
* Delete a sub-account from the system (a confirmation warning is shown before deletion; after deletion, the sub-account loses access to the system).
* **Only the owner** has the right to convert a sub-account into a Share account (see 4.2).
