Tutorial on how to use Profile History and History activity feature

⚙️ Profile History

The Profile History feature allows you to restore a previous state of a profile, preserving tabs, cookies, and browsing history so you can continue your work without losing data.

Each profile stores up to 10 most recent sessions (including cookies, browsing history, and bookmarks). When the limit is exceeded, the oldest session is automatically removed. These files are stored locally on your device and are not synced to the Hidemyacc server.

When restored, the profile will reopen exactly as it was before—browsing history, cookies, tabs, and more. If a profile is deleted, all of its saved sessions are also removed. Restoring a session cannot be undone — the current session will be replaced by the restored one.

You can only view Profile History when the profile is in Ready status (you cannot view profile history while the profile is running or syncing)

⚙️ History Activity

This feature helps users track the activity history of profiles. In the Profile dashboard, click on this icon to access Activity History.

You can filter by time period: Today, Yesterday, 3 days ago, 7 days ago and up to 30 days ago.

Filter history by actions performed on that profile such as creating, opening, editing, deleting, restoring, transferring or sharing profiles.

You can set up the fields to display, including:

• Profile ID

• Profile name

• Action

• Description

• Date

• Account (The Hidemyacc account owns this profile)

• IP address

• Device

You can search by profile ID by pasting the profile ID into the search bar or clicking on the displayed profile ID.
