# 3.6. Create & manage folder

### ⚙️ Create folder

To create new folder, you can follow these steps

**Step 1:** Click on this icon to create new folder

**Step 2:** Enter folder name and choose color tags.

**Step 3:** Choose Create to finish.

### ⚙️ Share folder

To share a folder with another Hidemyacc user, follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Click the three-dot icon on the folder you want to share (next to the folder name).

**Step 2:** Enter the other Hidemyacc account's email address.

**Step 3:** Choose the usage permission: View, Edit, or Admin.

* **View:** Can open the folder. Cookies and browsing history are not stored in the shared cloud.
* **Edit:** Can open the folder. Cookies and browsing history are stored in the shared cloud.
* **Admin:** Can open the folder. Cookies and browsing history are stored in the shared cloud. Can edit profiles, share profiles, etc. **Cannot** permanently delete profiles.

**Step 4:** Click Send to finish.

### ⚙️ Create profiles inside a folder

Hidemyacc has added a feature that lets users quickly create a profile directly inside a folder. Within the chosen folder, click the "+" icon to add a new profile.

**Notes:**

* The profile's parameters will follow the default profile settings.
* The profile name will be randomly generated.
* You need to press Enter after typing the profile name to complete the process.

In addition, you can quickly rename a profile without needing to select Edit. Steps:

**Step 1:** Double-click the profile name.

**Step 2:** Enter the new name.

**Step 3:** Press Enter to finish.
