# 11.3. Frozen accounts and how to reactivate

### ⚙️ When an account is frozen

* Your Rank loses active status and displays as Member — you no longer receive any discount.
* Your previous Rank is still saved by the system.
* Redeemable Points are locked (cannot be spent) but are NOT lost.

### ⚙️ How to reactivate

Simply pay for any plan (except sub-account/share plans) to reactivate your account — there's no time limit, no matter how long you've been inactive. Once reactivated, your previous Rank and all locked points are restored.
