11.1. Overview

The Loyalty Program is an account tier system based on your total spending.

⚙️ What do you get?

• Points are earned automatically on every payment — no sign-up, no extra steps.

• Rank up based on total spending; the higher your Rank, the bigger your renewal discount.

• Redeem points for renewal vouchers, upgrade vouchers, extra usage days, extra profiles, and more at the Redemption Shop.

• A grace period keeps your Rank active if you renew late, and you can reactivate your account anytime to restore your Rank.

⚙️ Two types of points you earn

Your account tracks two separate point types, each serving a different purpose. It's important to keep them distinct, since how they're calculated and used is completely different.

Rank Points	Used to determine your membership Rank. $1 = 1 Rank Point
Redeemable Points	Used to redeem vouchers/rewards in the Redemption Shop. $1 = 1 Redeemable Point, multiplied by a factor based on your plan's billing cycle
First-payment Redeemable Points bonus	+50 points. Applies to a first-time payment (added to Redeemable Points)
On-time payment Redeemable Points bonus	+10% of the points earned on that renewal (added to Redeemable Points)

The multiplier applies to Redeemable Points only. Rank Points are always calculated at $1 = 1 point, with no multiplier and no exchange.

⚙️ Membership Ranks and benefits

Your Rank is determined by Rank Points and sets the discount you get on renewal. The discount scales with your plan's billing cycle: plans of 3 months or longer get the full Rank discount, while 1-month plans get only 50% of that discount.
